Terms and Conditions

• No rocking up without being on the list of confirmed players. This is an invite only event, with a set limit of 50 people maximum. Sorry, but we simply cannot fit everyone who might be interested into the venue.
• No setting up until you have paid the entry fee. This is to ensure theres no funny business with regards to people not paying etc.
• No alcohol. Its a scout hall not a bar.
• No smoking inside. For any smokers, just keep it outside and put your butts in the bin.
• No being a noisy obnoxious wanker (being subjective is fun).
• No more than 1 (one) pc per person, unless specifically authorised.
• No theft or screwing with peoples stuff – if its not yours, ffs dont touch it.
• No responsibility or liability is taken for viruses, trojans, worms, loss of data / functionality / property / pants by FooLan, any member of the admin staff, or the provider of the venue and its associates. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate protection from both software and hardware issues, be it by use of third party programs, windows update, or whatever, prior to the event.
• No being excessively messy, cleanup is bad enough without "hidden suprises".
• No windows file sharing - and before you even think about it, no other dc hubs are to be run, other than the official one.
• No activitie(s) that compromise(s) the integrity, functionality or value of any hardware or software connected directly or indirectly to the network or electrical facilities, or any real estate, land, or property in the area.. Anyone found in breach of this will be kicked out instantly and probably made to suffer quite considerably.

Dont come. simple as that. These rules are in place so that the lan can run smoothly and (hopefully) without interruption.
